Управление и развитие службы поддержки в продуктовой iGaming-компании. Задачи: обеспечение SLA и CSAT, оптимизация клиентского пути и процессов, развитие команды, внедрение AI-решений (чат-боты, self-service, автоматизация), анализ метрик и взаимодействие с Product, Payments, KYC и CRM. Требуется опыт управления Support в iGaming, data-driven подход и опыт масштабирования процессов. Кандидаты, уже находящиеся на Кипре, рассматриваются в приоритетном порядке.
