Short Summary:
The Master Data Steward role will support the Master Data Team to build a knowledge base of technical attributes for large volumes of items, vendors, and customers, ensuring accurate data standards for financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and inactivate products, vendors, and customers in NetSuite and Salesforce
- Analyze existing data for quality and consistency across all systems
- Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and verification
- Process ticket requests and user issues promptly and professionally
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues
- Assist with analyzing to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to defined data standards
- Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology
- Suggest and help implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business concentration required or equivalent in work experience
- Attention to detail is a must
- Understanding and/or willingness to learn IT technical language
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-management and adaptability to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
