Short Summary:
Groupon is rebuilding its brand in North America and seeks a Social Media & Influencer Manager to oversee organic social channels and the influencer & creator program. This role involves data-driven decision-making and leading a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Run the NA influencer & creator program end to end — sourcing, rates, contracts, briefs, content review, renewals.
- Own the budget, ambassador roster, and decisions on reinvestment.
- Track performance with affiliate links, promo codes, and a scoring model.
- Direct organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Utilize AI-native tools for content production and direction.
- Lead and coach a team, maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in social and influencer marketing, with 2+ years managing a creator program.
- Experience in negotiating rates, structuring contracts, and using performance data.
- Familiarity with affiliate/performance tracking systems.
- Knowledge of content trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with AI production tools.
- Leadership experience or readiness to lead a team.
- Work samples required.
