Short Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at the Roanoke facility. You’ll be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, and support daily production and inventory operations.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Maintain warehouse organization and follow safety guidelines.
- Support inventory management and perform cycle counts.
- Communicate with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Requirement:
- 3+ years previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ownership approach to work, problem-solving skills, and dedication.
