Short Summary:
Join Grünenthal as an IT Product Owner to lead the Procurement & Supply Chain product squad, driving digital transformation and operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Procurement & Supply Chain IT product landscape.
- Act as the IT counterpart to Global Business Process Owners.
- Shape and execute the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and investment priorities.
- Lead a cross-functional product squad across Build and Run activities.
- Manage demand, application lifecycle, releases, service performance, and vendor collaboration.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP, data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with business, IT, data, architecture, finance, and external providers.
- Drive adoption, budget transparency, value realization, and continuous improvement.

Requirement:
- Extensive experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience in Product Ownership or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP-based environments such as S/4HANA.
- Experience in driving complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic, outcome-oriented mindset with sound decision-making skills.
