Short Summary:
As Country IT & Automation Manager, you will lead Singapore's transition to an automation- and AI-first IT team, overseeing End-user Computing (EUC) operations, including service desk, endpoint fleet, and office IT.

Responsibilities:
- Run operations — oversee the Singapore service desk, endpoint fleet, and office IT.
- Deliver office and infra projects — lead office builds, relocations, and network/AV upgrades.
- Build and automate — design, prototype, and ship scripts, integrations, and lightweight tools.
- Adopt AI workflows — use AI and agentic automation for IT support workload.
- Improve observability — add telemetry, dashboards, and alerting for proactive detection.
- Partner and govern — work with regional teams on systems, policies, and vendor management.

Requirement:
- 5+ years managing IT Operations or EUC teams.
- Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, video conferencing, and networking across various platforms.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, scripting (Python, SQL, shell), and low-code platforms.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
