Short Summary:
The GrabFood Growth and Strategy team is focused on driving platform growth, expanding the market, and maximizing business efficiency through strategic planning, data-driven experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to drive overall platform growth using a provided budget.
- Craft growth and go-to-market strategy to ensure GrabFood's competitive positioning and achieving P&L target.
- Track business performance and analyze insights impacting demand growth, including P&L performance and customer segmentation.
- Scope advanced statistical analyses and predictive demand modeling in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Design efficient promo, deal, and delivery fee structures to drive sustainable demand growth.
- Plan, forecast, and manage budget spend on promos and key initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects from end to end in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Build presentations to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in financial services, management consulting, platform business, or technology firms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data using Excel (Essential)/ Tableau (Preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential.
- Strong project & stakeholder management, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
- A start-up attitude with a result-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
