Responsibilities:
- Build Campaigns That Matter: Lead end-to-end 360 campaigns across Digital, Social, PR, CRM, Partnerships, and On-Ground activations.
- Turn Insights Into Action: Work closely with consumer, market, and performance data to identify opportunities, sharpen campaigns, and improve results.
- Work With Teams: Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, PR, Media, Analytics, and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Grow Through Ownership: High performers in this team trust themselves with meaningful ownership early — from leading campaign workstreams to driving cross-functional initiatives and solving key business challenges.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, growth, or agency roles.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical and business thinking.
- Proactive and collaborative in working across teams.
- Curious about consumer behavior, culture, and what makes campaigns resonate.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership.
