Short Summary:
As the Assistant Marketing Manager - Mobility, you will independently lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated mobility marketing campaigns that help grow Grab's Mobility business in Malaysia. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate goals into effective Go-To-Marketing (GTM) campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including concept ideation and budget planning.
- Optimize mid-campaign performance and manage reporting across marketing campaigns.
- Drive business growth through acquisition and retention plans.
- Analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or relevant fields.
- Experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial understanding.
- Familiarity with above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing.
- Data-driven approach and creative mindset.
