Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing company. This role focuses on net-new business acquisition, identifying high-value targets, and executing cold outreach strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Outbound Pipeline: Proactively prospect, map, and penetrate target accounts using multi-channel outreach.
- Execute Strategic Account Mapping: Research organizations to identify key decision-makers and uncover pain points.
- Own the First Touch: Conduct discovery conversations with cold prospects, educating them on G-P’s value proposition.
- Manage Objections: Navigate gatekeepers and handle objections regarding global payroll and compliance.
- Data-Driven Prospecting: Maintain records of outreach sequences and conversion metrics within CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends and competitor movements to position G-P effectively.
- Hit the Numbers: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach activity and pipeline contribution.

Requirement:
- Proven track record in outbound sales development or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred).
- High emotional intelligence and resilience to handle rejection.
- Willingness to learn and use sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex business models and articulate solutions.
- Highly organized and capable of managing a high volume of outbound activity independently.
- Familiarity with the Employer of Record industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not essential.
