We seek a Senior Go Developer (FinTech/Insurance)
Locations: Ukraine, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia.
Role: Own backend services end-to-end (design to production) and communicate with international stakeholders.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years commercial software development
- 3+ years production Go
- CS degree
- AI implementation/configuration experience
- FinTech/banking/complex integration experience
- Golang concurrency (goroutines, channels)
- gRPC microservices
- PostgreSQL (schema, optimization, migrations)
- RabbitMQ or Kafka
- REST API
- Unit/integration testing
- Grafana/Prometheus
- Scalability/high availability
- Code review culture
- Ownership mindset
- Agile/Scrum
- Fault tolerance, idempotency, SLA awareness
