Short Summary:
instinctools is seeking a Senior Fullstack (Golang+React) Developer to join a high-impact engineering and analytics team for a prestigious global management consulting firm. The role involves building internal products that enhance decision-making and performance under heavy usage.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize B2B and consumer-grade products that drive real business impact.
- Work autonomously focusing on delivering high-quality front-end code using React, TypeScript, running on cloud-based infrastructure.
- Architect and scale applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging container technologies like Docker, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Champion best engineering practices – clean code, design patterns, CI/CD, security, and high scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business, design, and product teams to translate complex challenges into elegant technical solutions.
- Thrive in an Agile environment, where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

Requirement:
- Strong experience with backend Golang and proven ability to design robust APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (Postgres, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Experience with React, Webpack, SCSS, WebSockets, and familiarity with modern frontend tooling.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
