Short Summary:
GNC's Store Manager in Training (SMIT) position is a development-focused role designed to prepare individuals to manage their own store. This hands-on program teaches the skills and knowledge needed to operate a store, drive results, and lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations, including business performance and product management.
- Engage in training initiatives and projects to support your path to promotion.
- Build strong teams and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Handle cash, inventory, and operational tasks according to GNC procedures.
- Attend community events to promote GNC's mission.

Requirement:
- Retail supervisory training role requiring retail leadership.
- Cash handling and inventory management experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
