Short Summary:
Join GetYourGuide as a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles, combining recruiting expertise with a passion for technology and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build effective hiring processes.
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and provide insights to hiring teams.
- Build and nurture a candidate network through market research and relationship management.
- Enhance the candidate experience through feedback and process improvements.
- Lead projects to improve the TA function, including automation and tooling.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and new tools.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- Understanding of technical roles and ability to engage with engineers and product managers.
- Experience using AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Solutions-first mindset with a focus on customer experience.
