Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our Cologne hub at GENUINE, the leading architect of Social Commerce in Europe. You will be at the center of the revolution in how the world shops through TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Ownership: Lead the roadmap for a premier global brand on TikTok Shop, responsible for account strategy and maintaining a healthy P&L.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for the brand’s TikTok Shop-Team, ensuring reliable communication.
- Content & Live Coordination: Oversee planning and quality control of short-form video and livestream formats.
- TikTok Platform Partnership: Collaborate with TikTok Shop representatives to stay ahead of platform updates and implement best practices.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key account metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Requirement:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in E-commerce, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Native-level French (C2) and professional fluency in English or German.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
