Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) that serves over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value member relationships and creating tailored service solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions based on member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs).
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops and webinars.
- Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of progressive technology experience (consulting or CxO).
- Expertise in AI/BI/ML/Cloud/Big Data.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large member portfolios.
