Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational support for all HR Technology applications including integrations in and out of Workday System.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors for smooth integration and operation of HR technology solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to HR teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges.
- Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall employee experience through innovative technology use.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures.
- Manage production enhancements and new technical projects in HR technology.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Business, and IT teams to provide IT solutions to business requirements.
- Support HRIT team members in technical deliverables and provide mentorship.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to Workday integration architecture.

Requirement:
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
- 6-8 years of experience in managing/leading operational support for HR Technology applications.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in creating or enhancing Workday integrations.
- Extensive experience with Workday integration tools (XML, XSLT, Custom Reports, EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, PECI).
- Experience with integrating applications via web service APIs (SOAP and REST).
- Experience in managing integration security for Workday.
- Education qualification: graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering.
