Short Summary:
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare delivery, utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and improve care quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Partner with internal business units to identify opportunities and deliver features that enhance productivity.
- Drive the delivery of AI-native solutions.
- Own core services ensuring secure, high-quality experiences.
- Set technical direction across the team’s roadmap focusing on AI adoption and employee efficiency.

Requirement:
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience and 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Experience building web applications and APIs on cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
