Responsibilities:
- Work closely with studio Technical Directors, leads, and senior engineers to understand development workflows.
- Identify patterns, friction points, technical risks, and opportunities for simplification across teams.
- Turn field observations into actionable technical initiatives and support the setup of focused missions.
- Contribute to shared pipelines and workflows to improve consistency and development velocity.
- Define lightweight shared practices and encourage reuse of tools and solutions.
- Explore AI-assisted tooling for engineers and help shape usage guidelines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with technical teams across studios to share learnings and progress.

Requirement:
- Mid-Senior Level experience in a relevant field.
