Short Summary:
Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements
- Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes
- Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends
- Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations
- Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirement:
- 2+ years in business/process/treasury analysis
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience with large datasets
- Strong communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly
