Short Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join Form3's Finance team, playing a key role in ensuring financial excellence and influencing strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities.
- Owning the annual external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls.
- Producing financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve commercial performance.
- Monitoring company performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Supporting company-wide OKR reporting and helping track progress against strategic objectives.

Requirement:
- Essential: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or SaaS.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Desirable: Big 4 training or experience, experience working with NetSuite, experience improving finance systems and processes, exposure to OKRs or wider business performance frameworks, experience within a fast-growing technology business.
