Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch potential brands and agencies.
- Partner Ownership: Drive revenue by selling and executing inventory across various ad spaces.
- Reporting & Data Excellence: Analyze numbers and present campaign results to partners.
- Project Management: Solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate across departments and manage complex projects.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in partner management and B2B sales.
- Experience with sales pipeline tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or comparable qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Strong passion for selling and nurturing partner relationships.
