Short Summary:
Join Fi, a passionate team dedicated to transforming the human-pet relationship through innovative technology. As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee the US fulfillment operation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our 3PL operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the US 3PL relationship: weekly cadence, SLA scorecards, escalations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Hold the warehouse to standard on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive root cause fixes on shipping issues, partnering with CX.
- Manage inventory integrity and oversee kitting, assembly, and value-add work orders.
- Build and maintain SOPs for logistics processes.
- Own inbound freight management and negotiate carrier rate cards.
- Audit 3PL and carrier invoices for accuracy.
- Partner with finance on logistics budgeting and manage returns processes.
- Collaborate with data and engineering to improve shipment visibility.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL operations, ideally in consumer hardware or DTC.
- Direct experience managing a 3PL or running a distribution center.
- Strong supply chain finance fluency and hands-on inbound freight experience.
- High data literacy and comfort in ERP and WMS systems.
- Experience in scaling logistics operations and international expansion.
