Short Summary:
As Head of Strategic Marketing, you will shape the overall marketing strategy and drive the strategic development of the Festool brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the brand strategy into an impactful, cross-channel marketing strategy.
- Define relevant communication channels and allocate budgets based on business objectives.
- Ensure alignment between strategic and operational marketing.
- Drive execution and localization of marketing activities in collaboration with international teams.
- Take ownership of key strategic marketing initiatives, including brand development and product launches.
- Continuously improve processes, standards, and ways of working with a focus on efficiency and automation.
- Establish effective collaboration with marketing teams across sales organizations.
Requirement:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a technology-related field.
- Several years of leadership experience in strategic marketing, ideally in an international environment.
- Expertise in brand management and integrated communications.
- Strong affinity for digital trends and marketing technologies, including AI.
- Proficient in performance management frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, and the Balanced Scorecard.
- Excellent English skills; good German skills are desirable.
