Short Summary:
Extreme Networks is building the next generation of autonomous cloud networking platforms for the enterprise, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM) as a platform service.

Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise identity strategy for Extreme Platform ONE.
- Define architectural standards and governance rules for identity changes.
- Design the identity model for autonomous agents and human operators.
- Own the product roadmap for identity capabilities.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct discovery with large enterprises to understand operational tasks.
- Coordinate identity roadmap dependencies across teams.

Requirement:
- 7+ years Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, networking, security, or platform infrastructure roles.
- Deep IAM/Identity expertise: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, token lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC.
- Architectural thinking and understanding of distributed systems.
- Knowledge of autonomous agents and their operational boundaries.
- Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
