Short Summary:
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior ABM Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing initiatives across North America, designing and executing personalized marketing campaigns targeting valuable accounts to drive pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year ABM strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
- Design and launch integrated ABM campaigns including personalized email, content, paid media, events, and direct outreach.
- Leverage 6sense for predictive account intelligence and utilize Reachdesk for multi-channel personalized outreach.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define account selection criteria and establish ABM playbooks.
- Lead collaborative planning with various teams and serve as ABM ambassador across the organization.
- Track ABM metrics and conduct regular analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Manage ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM integrations, and analytics.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
- Build and mentor ABM team members and establish best practices.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years in ABM or enterprise/complex sales marketing.
- Hands-on experience with 6sense and Reachdesk.
- Proven ability to design and execute ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer buying committees.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
