Short Summary:
The Director, Marketing AI Transformation will drive the adoption and scaling of AI technologies across the marketing organization, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and fostering a culture of AI literacy. This role includes establishing a Marketing AI Council to guide AI strategy and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CMOs, VPs, and team leads to identify and prioritize AI-driven marketing use cases.
- Establish and lead a Marketing AI Council for strategic guidance on AI adoption.
- Develop AI literacy programs and communicate usage guidelines across the organization.
- Drive cultural change to embrace AI as a tool for creativity and efficiency.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of AI tools on marketing performance.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in marketing with experience in content creation, demand generation, analytics, and brand strategy.
- At least 5 years in a management or leadership role focused on change management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of the AI adoption curve.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence across organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
