Responsibilities:
- Increase revenue through gaining access to large enterprise opportunities via an agreed list of partners.
- Develop a partner program strategy that drives engagement from reseller and referral partners.
- Work with channel ops on the operational framework for tracking partner engagements, status, and compliance within the ExtraHop partner program.
- Identify new markets and partners to help scale within those regions.
- Work closely with large partners to build customized sales programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance, and legal to build business alignment.
- Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM.
Requirement:
- At least 7-10 years working with channel partners in developing partner programs, specifically in security, networking, software, and/or enterprise.
- Experience with partner onboarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketing, and partner enablement.
- Experience with executive-level engagements and communication.
- Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
