The Director of Product Management will own the Underwriting Engine platform, driving strategy and collaboration across various teams to build a long-term product vision.

Responsibilities:
- Own the decisioning rules infrastructure for eligibility, pricing, and risk criteria.
- Drive product strategy for structuring and enriching risk knowledge.
- Manage internal tooling for Actuarial and Underwriting teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a shared product roadmap.
- Champion AI/ML innovation for underwriting to improve accuracy and speed.
- Ensure accountability for product outcomes related to accuracy, fairness, and speed.

Requirement:
- Proven ability to lead a small team while being involved in the work.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical systems for business stakeholders.
- Experience in data-heavy environments with a focus on data-informed decision making.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in complex domains.
- Familiarity with technical systems like rules engines and ML pipelines.
- Experience in regulated domains such as credit, fraud, healthcare, or risk is preferred.
