Short Summary:
Join Envalior as a Sustainability Manager to drive the development and implementation of our global ESG strategy, supporting strategic decision-making and establishing ESG rating structures from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the global ESG subcommittee “Social and Governance”
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for social and governance topics
- Build ESG reporting and rating structures (e.g. Ecovadis) in alignment with CSRD requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across HR, Legal & Compliance, and Communications
- Ensure high-quality reporting and visibility at ELT and shareholder level

Requirement:
- Several years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles in an international environment
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Academic degree in sustainability, business, environmental science, or a related field
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. Ecovadis, UN Global Compact, CSRD) is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
