Join Entrust as the VP of Applied Science, leading a team of 20+ Applied Scientists to drive transformative AI projects in Identity Verification and Fraud detection.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of Applied Scientists, coaching and developing talent.
- Set the technical direction and drive AI projects from research to production.
- Communicate the technical vision and influence strategic direction across functions.
- Engage with customers and make critical decisions impacting products and science.
- Ensure accountability for the team's work and its real-world impact.
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness and compliance.

Requirement:
- Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Applied Machine Learning in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of taking applied research to production with measurable impact.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing science teams.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to influence strategy cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills, with an established external presence in the ML/CV community.
