Engine is transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. We are looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.

Responsibilities:
- Embed with GTM leadership and serve as the go-to comms partner to Engine's Chief Business Officer and leaders across Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, and Expansion.
- Translate GTM strategy into clear, compelling communications.
- Own the comms strategy and execution for major GTM moments: sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, org changes, leadership transitions, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Write and produce materials for GTM all-hands, town halls, leader videos, executive memos, and manager cascades.
- Partner with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance to ensure GTM comms land with consistency, energy, and impact.
- Support GTM leaders on their own communications.
- Design and maintain repeatable projects, agents, and automations for scalable communications.

Requirement:
- 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement, ideally in a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- A track record supporting senior commercial leaders (CBO, CRO, VP Sales, VP Partnerships, VP Business Development).
- Deep fluency with GTM motions and exceptional writing and editorial instincts.
- Strong operational skills to build plans and run comms as a program.
- Comfort with ambiguity and discretion with sensitive information.
