Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, as an Accounts Receivable Intern. Support the AR Lead in accounting operations and collaborate with a diverse team to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Support the AR Lead in driving end-to-end accounting operations, process standardization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze AR D2C process performance, identify trends, gaps, and variabilities, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders influencing AR performance metrics.
- Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement control strategies.
- Review and update AR D2C standards, develop work instructions and training materials.
- Monitor attendance and manage outsourced requirements to support daily AR operations.

Requirement:
- Undergraduate college student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to report onsite at least twice a week.
- Commitment for at least 6 months.
- Intuitive and analytical with data, proactive in collaboration, and eager to learn.
