Role Mission

Ensure the accurate and timely management of the billing and collections cycle for the United States and Mexico operations, guaranteeing precise invoice issuance, effective accounts receivable follow-up, and timely cash recovery — through payment application and reconciliation, AR clean-up, and close coordination with clients and internal teams — in order to safeguard the financial health of the business, the reliability of accounting information, and the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices for the United States and Mexico operations.

• Monitor the billing process and track outstanding invoices.

• Manage and follow up on collections.

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or pending information.

• Apply and reconcile payments.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare reports and track accounts receivable.

• Identify deviations and improvement opportunities within administrative processes.

Skills & experience

• Solid command of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience working with NetSuite.

• Knowledge of tax aspects and invoicing requirements in the United States and Mexico.

• Experience in multinational companies, marketing agencies, or service-based organizations.

Location: Argentina or Mexico.
