Short Summary:
ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Middle Strong/Senior Project Manager in Ukraine to lead a mission-critical enterprise integration initiative focused on deploying a sophisticated digital platform within a highly regulated sector.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery within a Fixed Price engagement model
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with the agreed SOW, scope, timeline, budget, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate estimation activities with the project team
- Track project progress, effort, resource utilization, and milestone completion
- Continuously monitor project performance against Fixed Price commitments and identify potential deviations
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
- Proactively identify and prevent scope creep
- Manage scope changes through a structured Change Request process
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to the customer and other stakeholders
- Maintain clear and proactive communication between the customer, project team, and other involved parties
- Support the team in resolving delivery blockers and meeting agreed commitments
- Escalate critical delivery risks and issues in a timely manner
- Take ownership of project outcomes and overall delivery success

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong hands-on expertise in Fixed Price delivery (scope, timeline, milestones, budget, acceptance criteria)
- Practical experience with SOWs, scope control, and Change Request management
- Experience in project planning, estimation coordination, risk/issue/dependency management, and delivery tracking
- Strong client-facing skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
