Responsibilities:
- Lead Design, End to End: Own projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high quality, on brand, and on time.
- Be the Senior Design Voice: Develop concepts that communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and implement industry trends and innovative techniques to elevate our brand identity.
- Own the Design System: Manage Figma workspace, image/asset/component libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Mentor and Elevate: Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of professional experience in digital graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- High-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in website and landing page design with solid UI/UX comprehension.
- Proven ability to integrate AI platforms into creative workflow.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Video editing/motion graphics skills are a bonus but not essential.
