Short Summary:
Egnyte is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead the Monetization Infrastructure engineering group, focusing on systems that power billing, customer intake, and account lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Monetization Infrastructure engineering group, reporting to the Platform Engineering VP.
- Provide technical inputs and direction, ensuring high-quality operation of systems.
- Drive a culture of ownership and continuous operational improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement end-to-end use cases.
- Champion the use of AI tools and drive adoption of advanced AI-assisted SDLC practices.

Requirement:
- Managed engineering teams of 15+ in SaaS product companies.
- Hands-on experience in system designs and operational incident management.
- Background in Python (mandatory) and Java (desirable).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and infrastructure as code concepts.
- Experience in leading distributed teams and applying AI tools in engineering workflows.
