Responsibilities:
- Forecasting spend modeling finance integrating data
- Quantifying the impact of marketing investments on long-term business growth
- Bridging marketing tech stack data and financial outcomes
- Transforming complex performance KPIs into strategic narratives for senior leadership
- Accurate financial forecasting for marketing spend and subscriber acquisition
- Collaborative partnership with Brand and Performance leads
- High-impact financial reporting integrating marketing technology data with revenue outcomes
- Developing sophisticated financial models to track acquisition costs
- Presenting marketing performance insights to the Board of Directors
- Enhancing analytical workflows with AI for improved decision-making

Requirement:
- Bachelor's in finance/accounting/economics required
- 3+ years FP&A experience in marketing or growth finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Hyperion/OneStream experience preferred
- Strong communication and AI application skills
