Short Summary:
This role focuses on growing Easygo's Instagram influencer network in LATAM, requiring Spanish and Portuguese fluency and cultural insight.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and onboard new influencers, primarily on Instagram.
- Build strong relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance to influencers.
- Handle day-to-day engagement and relationship management with influencers.
- Ensure content aligns with brand goals and has viral potential.
- Monitor Instagram trends and algorithm shifts to guide strategies.
- Collaborate with creators to produce engaging content.
- Analyze influencer content performance and identify engagement patterns.
- Negotiate deals and commission structures with influencers.
- Share insights on content performance and industry trends.
- Stay updated with Instagram's features and trends in crypto, online gaming, and affiliate marketing.

Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, focusing on Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Deep understanding of Instagram features and algorithms.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Creator IQ, Sprout Social, or HypeAuditor.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with creative solutions for campaign optimization.
