What you’ll build with us:

Design and creatively elevate KICK Bounties to gamify the user experience, and bring our fictional avatars to life, giving the brand personality and lore in Discord.

Playing a lead role in retention, connect every touchpoint into one seamless experience across KICK's 100 million users.

Turn KICK's audience into its loudest advocates, shaping how viewers and streamers experience the brand across X, Reddit, Discord, and the KICK platform.

The impact you’ll make:

• Stay fluent in our brand, product, and communities as they evolve.
• Design and elevate streamer and viewer bounties on Reddit, X and the platform, pushing them beyond today's format and, in time, into IRL events.
• Breathe life into our avatars, creating original content and conversation that personifies the brand as a fictional character.
• Build Discord features and mechanics that deepen loyalty and lift our communicator rate.
• Connect DMs, X replies, Discord and Bounties into one unified community experience.
• Own the brand's tone of voice everywhere we show up.
• Pursue data, turn insight into action and move the numbers that matter, including watch hours, clips published, and Discord engagement.

Your track record:

• First-hand knowledge of platforms such as X, Reddit, and Discord, with a real grasp of what makes these communities tick.
• A viewer, streamer, or clipper of live streams.
• Commercial aptitude: can connect community activity to business outcomes.
• Fluent in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture, and in tune with Gen Z.
• Demonstrable creative flair; produces and owns original ideas and content, not just reactions.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Community, social, or content experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Adobe Suite or similar production software.
• Analytics platforms, low-code automation, or light scripting.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally for events.
