Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent using outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
- Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
- Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share recommendations.
- Create market maps and talent intelligence reports to inform sourcing strategies.
- Run A/B tests on outreach strategies to improve candidate funnel performance.
- Balance speed and precision in candidate engagement.

Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of sourcing experience focused on high-volume outbound support for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with diverse talent pools.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
- Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
