Short Summary:
As Manager, FP&A, you will drive real change and influence the business trajectory, managing a high-performing team responsible for financial reporting and planning. This role is integral to the strategic transformation of the Finance function at DoiT.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all Corporate FP&A outputs, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan process, presenting consolidated P&L to the CFO.
- Own the FP&A close calendar and improve timelines quarterly.
- Manage and develop team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Build trusted relationships with department counterparts through high-quality financial insights.

Requirement:
- 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to run a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end.
- Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite.
- Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred.
- Exceptional financial narrative skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Structured thinker with a commercial curiosity and attention to detail.
