Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers from intake meeting to offer, focusing on alignment and hiring quality.
- Own the Success Profile for every search, defining strong performance in business terms.
- Recruit for highly technical teams across various domains.
- Run structured, high-quality interview processes with clear ownership.
- Identify friction in the hiring funnel and drive improvements.
- Help build better frameworks and use automation effectively.

Requirement:
- Strong experience in recruiting for highly technical roles.
- Sound judgment and a quality bar mindset.
- Highly curious with a desire to understand technical domains deeply.
- Methodical operator with strong stakeholder partnership skills.
- A builder mindset focused on improving workflows.
- Excellent communication in English.
