Short Summary:
Discord is looking for a Product Designer to join the Growth team, focusing on enhancing user discovery, onboarding, and engagement across the platform.

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end initiatives across Growth, including notifications, onboarding flows, and off-platform surfaces.
- Design with high craft and velocity, creating production-ready specs and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Influence scope and strategy in partnership with PM and engineering leads.
- Use data and research to inform design decisions.
- Think in systems to create a cohesive user experience.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
- Drive projects autonomously, managing time and deliverables.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of product design experience (2+ years for exceptional candidates).
- Strong visual design foundation and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience shipping products collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
