The Diligent Sales Development Representative I (SDR I) plays an instrumental role in the direct growth of Diligent by generating new business opportunities primarily through inbound leads. Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Scheduling meetings
- Navigating CRM (Salesforce) to identify inbound prospects
- Conducting sales development best practices through email, phone, and social activities
- Utilizing targeted questions to qualify decision makers
- Coordinating meetings/demonstrations on account executive’s calendar
- Meeting or exceeding targets & key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirement:
- Fluent in French and English
- Sales-oriented with CRM experience
- Strong verbal/written presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior executives and meet KPIs
- High energy, with a positive and can-do attitude
