Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Dialpad's web & desktop applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with the data science team to build a world-class Agentic AI framework.
- Utilize AI tools to build features quickly.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with unit tests.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Ensure timely shipping of features with high quality.
- Support and resolve issues from QA and customers.
- Deploy new releases weekly.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Requirement:
- 6-10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Strong experience in Python, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms like GCP.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue/React), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
