Short Summary:
As a Global ESG Product Develop Manager, you will support the evolution of DHL Supply Chain's GoGreen Plus product portfolio, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives and sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the GoGreen Plus portfolio.
- Support the governance of DHL Supply Chain’s Book-and-Claim framework.
- Assist in preparation for third-party audits and create Product Design Documents.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions.
- Present structured analysis of customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Advise on customer journey and analyze carbon accounting processes.
- Support product trainings for BD and Sales functions.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability frameworks.
- Experience with PMO, Agile, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
