Short Summary:
As an eBay Marketing Manager, you will manage the strategy, creative development, delivery, and optimization of CRM campaigns to engage customers to buy and sell on eBay. You will lead a team of Campaign Managers and be responsible for the end-to-end creative process from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Translating business propositions into marketing campaign plans across owned channels.
- Evolving creative campaign development based on consumer insight.
- Developing channel plans and optimizing campaigns across digital channels.
- Managing internal stakeholder relationships to meet deadlines.
- Improving campaign personalization and targeting for different customer segments.
- Presenting campaigns to senior stakeholders.
- Managing cross-functional relationships and coaching team members.
- Owning and optimizing all digital marketing activity.
- Analyzing real-time channel performance and providing actionable insights.
Requirement:
- Extensive experience in a marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of B2C marketing and campaign delivery.
- Proven experience in translating marketing propositions into campaigns.
- Experience in defining owned channel execution strategy and large-scale campaigns.
- Customer-centric with a focus on operational execution.
- Independent and creative problem solver.
- Expert in digital marketing with a track record of integrated multi-channel campaigns.
