Short Summary:
Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text and text-to-speech. The Staff Product Manager will own the product experience for AI coding agents, overseeing their lifecycle from discovery to integration and production use.

Responsibilities:
- Own the agent's experience of Deepgram across its lifecycle — discovery and recommendation, integration and onboarding, production use, and verification.
- Stand up a system that measures and optimizes every stage of the funnel for agents.
- Own product surfaces specific to the agent experience: signup, authentication, trial-key provisioning, console onboarding, and verification tooling.
- Set requirements for the agent experience from shared developer platforms and prototype changes.
- Build the operating system for business rhythms, data-driven optimization, and experimentation.
- Turn agent traffic into fast feedback loops for product improvement.
- Advocate for the product's perspective on agents as users.

Requirement:
- Excellent product management judgment and ability to lead cross-functional work.
- Former engineer's depth; experience as a senior software engineer or more.
- Deep AI fluency with proven shipped work in AI software.
- Proven ability to build complete systems from scratch.
- Understanding of PLG and developer-product fluency.
- Clear communication with executives.
