Work Arrangement:
Much work can be performed remotely, but on-site visits to clients are likely.
Short Summary:
You will transform client intent into functional AI solutions, working closely with users to understand their needs and ensuring the system is trusted and effective.
Responsibilities:
- Understand user workflows before building solutions.
- Develop and implement AI agents and interfaces within the client's systems.
- Ensure the system is user-friendly and trusted by the team.
- Create reusable components for future engagements.
- Document learnings to shape Dataroots' offerings in agentic AI.
Requirement:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in building software/data systems.
- Proficiency in engineering principles and E2E system ownership.
- Familiarity with AI tools and systems, particularly LLMs.
- Ability to work in chaotic environments and provide structure.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as a plus.
